Products & Pricing
What's the difference between an original and a print?
Originals are one-of-a-kind pieces created by hand in my Copenhagen studio. Prints are high-quality reproductions of my original artwork, produced by my professional printing partner using archival-quality materials.
What is a giclée print?
A giclée print is the posh way of saying 'really lovely, museum-quality print'. They're made using special archival inks and paper that won't fade or yellow over time. Unlike regular art prints you might find on the high street, giclée prints capture all the delicious details and vibrant colours of my original artwork. They're the next best thing to owning an original!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I want my art to be accessible to everyone who connects with it. Flexible payment plans are available through Klarna (simply choose this option at checkout).
Art Care
How should I care for my artwork?
Both originals and prints should be kept out of direct sunlight to preserve their vibrant colours. Avoid hanging in very humid areas (although if this is unavoidable you can pop some silica gel packs in behind the frame).
I recommend using a professional framer for original pieces. When framing prints make sure that you use a mat (also called a mount or passepartout) to keep the print surface from touching the glass of the frame.
Do prints come framed?
Prints are available both framed and unframed - you can choose your preference at checkout. Frames are professionally made and come in several styles to suit your space.
About the Art
What inspires your work?
My art emerges from my experience as a neurodivergent person navigating the world. Each piece celebrates difference and diversity, turning often difficult, confusing, and complicated experiences into objects of beauty and joy.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Currently, I'm focusing on creating collections that speak to shared experiences of neurodivergence, queerness, and general 'otherness'. I occasionally open for commissions - join my email list to hear when spots become available.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
I want you to be utterly delighted with your artwork. If you're not completely happy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The piece needs to be in its original condition with all packaging and proof of purchase. Just pop me an email at eli@elitrier.com to start the process.
Please note that custom pieces and sale items can't be returned. For full details about returns, refunds, and exchanges, have a peek at my refund policy.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Oh no! While this rarely happens (I'm rather obsessive about packaging), please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let me know immediately (with photographs of any damage) if anything's amiss.
Email me at eli@elitrier.com and I'll sort it out straight away.
