Je Suis Wibbly-Wobbly

Je Suis Wibbly-Wobbly is a deeply personal collection that delves into the complex experience of neurodivergence. Drawing from my own journey as an AuDHD human, these paintings offer a visual representation of the multifaceted nature of identity. Born from a playful observation about all cats being autistic, this collection evolved into a series of feline alter-egos, each representing different aspects of my neurodivergent experience.

The works feature vibrant, electric colors and rich impasto textures that seem to glow from within, rewarding careful observation with hidden details. Each piece's title adds meaning, referencing personal moments in my journey of self-discovery and touching on themes of alienation, acceptance, and belonging.

While neurodivergent viewers may find recognition in these works, they also offer neurotypical audiences insight into a different way of experiencing the world. Je Suis Wibbly-Wobbly celebrates the glorious chaos of human neurodiversity.
